The country house (250 sqm – 2,690 sqft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) is a typical stone and masonry building laid over three levels. On the lowest floor, partially against the ground, is a small entry with storage room under the stairs and the first bedroom with direct access to the porch. Going up the internal staircase, halfway up a door opens onto a service bathroom. Continuing on, one reaches the living area composed of a large dining room with open kitchen and sitting room with exit to the paved terrace outside. Returning to the staircase, one then reaches the attic where two bedrooms (one of which is a passage room very suitable for children) and a bathroom have been created.

The building is in excellent structural and aesthetic condition and retains many of the typical features of Tuscan rural buildings. The external stone walls are exposed, while inside we opted to plaster most of the rooms with only a few sections of bricks and stones visible: this, together with the white paint, ensures a very bright and welcoming environment. The ceilings are supported by wooden beams, all of which have been cleaned and valorized, while the floors are covered in parquet (herringbone in the living area, plank in the upstairs sleeping area).
