In the historic center of Sansepolcro, a short distance from Piazza Torre di Berta, restored historic palazzo with garden. The building (roughly 600 sqm) is laid over three floors and houses a spacious and bright apartment on the first floor with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The private garden, 200 sqm, is a feature that makes this apartment stand out and offers a pleasant outdoor space to relax and/or have dinner.

The historic building underwent conservation in 2018 and the roof has been fully remade to make it totally waterproof. Inside, the house is in excellent condition and boasts the typical features of the historic palazzi in Sansepolcro, with high ceilings, ample windows, terracotta and graniglia floors and wooden beams. Particularly interesting is the red-and-white checkered pattern in the original tiles of the bedrooms. The lofts, with their very high ceilings, are currently in builder’s finish but could easily be completed and used to expand livable surface of the apartment.
